Harrison Family Vets team member culture differentiates our practice. Only pet owners can join our team – you can’t fully understand our culture unless you have a pet in your family. We also never use the term ‘Animal’ in our practice, we use ‘Pet’. To us an animal usually lives outside whereas a pet lives inside with us as an integral family member. We also don’t have ‘staff’, only team members, and no one works for anyone else, we all work with each other. Finally, we all live and breathe our four principles every single day – see below. This may sound a little quirky but it is normal to us and is all part of our culture and being a Harrison Family Vets team member.
Harrison Family Vets is looking for full time vets, with at least three years experience to join our teams in Reading and Kingswinford (Dudley). Also, we are recruiting a number of full time qualified veterinary nurses at each location. Finally, we need full time and part time Client Service Co-ordinators with a difference – we don’t have conventional reception desks, we want our front of house team to roam and interact with our clients and their pets, caring for their every need.
