VidiVet is an APP that provides 24/7 access to a Veterinary Triage Service for members of our Total Wellness Plan, without the need to leave your home, should you be worried about your pet and want some advice.
You can ask our Vidivets any questions about your pet and get a prompt, personalised video response direct to your phone. The advice given will help you to decide if a face-to-face consult is necessary & how urgent, potentially saving you the hassle and stress of a potentially expensive out of hours visit to the vets!
Remember, it can cost a lot more to see an emergency vet out of hours than it does during the day. But it’s important to consider that out-of-hours care is not the sort of service you’re likely to be shopping around for based on price at the stressful time of your pet not being well! You might need it in an emergency or when you’re worried your pet could get sicker if you wait for treatment.
During a Vidivet consultation, if your pet needs immediate care then we’ll recommend the next steps for you and provide you with the peace of mind that your pet will get the care and attention we feel it needs. Following the Vidivet consultation and if your pet doesn’t need immediate treatment, you can book an appointment with us and come to visit us in a timely manner. This should save both the stress of a potential out of hours visit to an emergency vet and the extra cost that this service may bring.

SAVING YOU MONEY
Did you know that the average cost of an emergency out of hours vet consultation in the UK is now £200+. This is for the basic consultation cost to see a vet during the night. You’ll need to pay for any treatment needed on top of the out of hours consultation cost.
This may be more than the consultation (emergency visits might need urgent treatment such as surgery) and prices will vary between providers.
